Flossie does not accept returns on any items due to the nature of our products (food items). Only defective items are eligible for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must be in possession of the item and provide proof of defect via email (photos) within 10 days of delivery date. Email address: hello@stayflossie.com or reply to your order confirmation email. Any claims of defect after 10 days are ineligible for exchanged and will not be honored.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your exchange claim is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange within 5 business days. If we determine the item(s) are defective, Flossie will reship the item(s) to the original shipping address within 10 business days.

Damages

Flossie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
