Flossie is proudly made in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. You can find Flossie in person on the shelves of Alicja Confections, located at 303 Richmond Road, Ottawa - next to Tokyo Smoke. You can find us at more stores here!
Is Flossie gluten-free/vegan/nut-free?
Yes! All of our Flossie is free from common allergens and is great for people with allergies and dietary restrictions. Please remember to always note the ingredients on the back of the bag, in case you are allergic to anything!
Does Flossie expire?
Flossie is best consumed within 6 months of the date of purchase. While sugar doesn't expire, Flossie is always best fresh!

Where's my order?
Flossie orders are shipped or ready for pickup typically within 3 business days, and up to 7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number - the postal service in your country will take it from there!
